Your pregnancy: 8 weeks
How your baby's growing:
New this week: Webbed fingers and toes are poking out from your baby's hands and feet, his eyelids practically cover his eyes, breathing tubes extend from his throat to the branches of his developing lungs, and his "tail" is just about gone. In his brain, nerve cells are branching out to connect with one another, forming primitive neural pathways. You may be daydreaming about your baby as one sex or the other, but the external genitals still haven't developed enough to reveal whether you're having a boy or a girl. Either way, your baby —about the size of a kidney bean — is constantly moving and shifting, though you still can't feel it.This is from Baby Center. I am still feeling pretty good. I have not gained any weight (yet!)...thank goodness. Although, I do feel like things are starting to expand! We have our first OB appointment this Thursday. All of our previous appointments were with Dr. I and Dr. K our Reproductive Endocrinologist. I am really sad to be leaving them and going back to my normal OB. Please keep us in your prayers this weeks!

Thank you for commenting on one of the pics on my blog. I, too, enjoy meeting people, just have to be careful, right? I have enjoyed following your blog, and am really excited to get to follow along with you during your pregnancy! How exciting!
